Ctrls Datacenters Ltd entrusted us with securing their large-scale solar facility, a critical infrastructure site requiring the highest standards of safety and durability. Recognizing the importance of protecting such a valuable asset, we designed and executed a comprehensive boundary solution that would provide long-term reliability and robust security.
For this project, we constructed a 28,000-meter compound wall, covering the entire facility perimeter. The design was focused not only on physical security but also on resilience against environmental factors and operational wear. This large-scale undertaking demanded precision engineering and careful planning to ensure consistent quality across the extensive length of the wall.
We employed reinforced precast concrete panels, a solution chosen for its combination of strength, accuracy, and durability. Precasting allowed for controlled manufacturing conditions, minimizing errors and ensuring uniformity. Each panel was carefully engineered to withstand the site’s environmental stresses, including extreme temperatures, wind loads, and potential impact, providing reliable, long-term protection.
The completed compound wall enhances site security, safeguarding both personnel and critical solar infrastructure. Its durable construction reduces maintenance requirements, ensuring that the facility remains protected with minimal operational disruption. Additionally, the modular nature of precast panels allows for potential future expansion or modifications with ease.
